But Orange County, what they are known for in particular is their Bakery. Starting from European bakeries to Asian and Eastern European bakeries, Orange County owns most of the famous bakeries around the globe.

Sweet-toothed like us won’t get bored as there are more than enough delightful and fascinating bakeries to visit in Orange County. With so many scrumptious bakeries to choose from, it can be overwhelming to choose where to go. Porto’s Bakery and Cafe in Orange County

After arriving over to Orange County, California we found the madness of the locals over bakeries. There were plenty numbers of bakeries lining the street. We played a choosing game, went into a shop and landed in our first bakery from Orange County which was Porto’s Bakery and Cafe. 

It was a lively place with a broad parking spot. It was one of the best budget-friendly bakeries in the area. It was a Cuban-styled bakery. We ordered their famous Pastries in chocolates, lemon and strawberry versions, Butter Croissants, Croquettes, Cheese Rolls, Empanadas, and Puff Pastries and for drinks, we ordered Hot Chocolate. They provide service options like Kerbside pickup, Delivery,

Drive-through, In-store pick-up, In-store shopping, Takeaway, Dine-in and Same-day delivery.

French’s Pastry Bakery in Orange County

French’s Pastry Bakery is a fully retailed neighbourhood bakery located in Orange Villa Shopping Centre. You will get services like Delivery, In-store- pickup, In-store-shopping and Takeaway. On Tuesdays, they sell cupcakes for $1. We were lucky to get them. We chose German chocolate, red velvet, carrot cake, lemon with blueberry cream and lemon with lemon cream on top. We also took German chocolate pastries, cookies and Challah bread.

They had a variety of cakes with different names, even some of them were hard to pronounce. You can also buy large cakes from there.

85°C Bakery Cafe – Orange County

85°C Bakery Cafe is an Asian bakery cum cafe chain which has its roots in Taiwan. Located in Saddleback Plaza, It offers global desserts and breads with premium tea and coffee. It has services like Kerbside pickup, Delivery, Drive-through, In-store pick-up, In-store shopping, Takeaway, Dine-in and Same-day delivery.

We ate their Black Forest Strawberry Delight Red Velvet Pastry, Mango Creme Brulee, Red Bean Bread, Taro Swirl, Milk Tea Bun, Carsmel Danish and Tiger Bobba Iced Caramel Latte. They served a clean and organised place with friendly customer service.

Pandor Artisan Bakery and Café in Orange County

Pandor Artisan Bakery and Café are famous for their authentic French artisan bakery goods, viennoiseries, pastries and savouries which are made fresh daily. They are popular for their Vacation, Lunch, Dinner and Solo Dining. They provide service options like Outdoor seating, curbside pickup, Delivery, Drive-through, Takeaway and Dine-in. It also offers alcohol.
We tried several pastries, fresh orange juice, coffee and fruit tartare. It has a cosy Persian ambience.

C’est Si Bon Bakery in Orange County

C’est Si Bon Bakery is a French-styled bakery, located in The Garden that serves cake, cookies, pastries, bread and breakfast sandwiches. It provides Kerbside pickup, Delivery, Drive-through, In-store pick-up, In-store shopping, Takeaway, Dine-in and Same-day delivery.

It is also a very cost-effective bakery. We ordered Raspberry Cheesecake, Sandwiches, Croissants, Chocolate truffles, Baguettes, Coffee, Cinnamon rolls, Brownies and Muffins.

Sweet Lili’s Bakery in Orange County

Sweet Lili’s Bakery is run by two Iranian sisters, offering simply outstanding Persian bakery goods. Sweet Lili’s Bakery was a treasure trove for sweet-toothed people like me. From the moment you walk through the door, you will be greeted with a genuine smile and a warm welcome by the owners. The friendly and accommodating nature of the bakery shop instantly made you feel like your residence.

We ordered Baklava and one of my personal favourites was the saffron-infused pistachio baklava. We also ordered Strawberry and Raspberry Cakes, Danmarki and roll cakes called Rollet. They offer services such as in-store pickup, in-store shopping and Takeaway.

Cream Pan in Orange County

Cream Pan serves Japanese and French-style bakery goods. Located in El Camino Plaza, they are known for their  exquisite pastries, sandwiches and housemade bread. This bakery is an absolute fusion of Japanese flavours with French process and it’s amazing.
Provided with in-store shopping and Takeaway service option. The only con of this bakery shop is the customer has to wait in a long line to get their food just like us. After waiting for a long, we got our Strawberry and Blueberry Croissant, Raspberry Cream Cheese Pastry, Orange Chocolate Muffin, Cream Puff, Ciabatta, Raisin Bread and Tiramisu.

O C Baking Co bakery in Orange County

OC Baking Co bakes the best bread in the area as told by the locals. They also prepare the most scrumptious croissants. Local artisans created the venture. They organise a Friday pop-up event where they offer great variety and very reasonable pricing of food. 
I’ve tried the butter, chocolate,  almond chocolate Croissant, Pretzels, Quiche Lorraine, and Blueberry Muffin. The offers services like in-store shopping and Takeaway.

French’s Bakery in Orange County

Located in Mesa-North Shopping Center, French’s Bakery offers a wide variety of bakery goods. This bakery shop is known for its flavoursome cakes, cupcakes, and cookies. The bakery also proposes a medley of flavours and designs to select from which makes it effortless to discover something for any occasion.
The blueberry muffins of theirs won my heart. We also tried the Pecan Pie, Strawberry with cream cheese wagon wheel, Chocolate Croissant, Scones and Cookies. They gave service options like Delivery, In-store pick-up, In-store shopping and Takeaway.

Paderia Bakehouse in Orange County

Paderia Bakehouse is a modern-day, globally-inspired baking house which is located in The Square. Offering service options like Delivery, In-store pick-up, In-store shopping, Takeaway and Dine-in.

The interior was modern and gave an excellent vibe. We were recommended to try their Portuguese egg tart which became my favourite of their baked goods. We also tried triple chocolate and sea salt choco-chip cookies, Red velvet cheesecake, Banana pudding, Drip Coffee, Mazapan latte coffee and Dulce De Leche Horchata.

There are lots and lots of promising bakeries in Orange County. We had just gone through some of them. We were very impressed by all of the places we visited.
